Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 26, 2026
1. Introduction
TurboCall Inc. ("TurboCall," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website turbocall.net, use our AI voice agent services, or interact with us in any way.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Information
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Company name and job title
- Billing and payment information
- Account credentials
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use our services:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited and time spent on our website
- Call logs, transcripts, and voice recordings processed through our platform
- API usage and integration activity
Google Account & Calendar Data
When you connect your Google account via OAuth, we collect and access the following data solely to provide the calendar integration features:
- Google account email address — to identify and link your account
- Google Calendar event data — event titles, start/end times, and availability status, to detect busy periods before scheduling calls
- OAuth access token and refresh token — to maintain your authorized connection without requiring repeated logins
We request only the minimum Google Calendar scopes necessary. We do not read calendar event descriptions, attendees, video call links, or any other event details beyond what is needed to check availability.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our AI voice agent services
- Process transactions and send billing notifications
- Improve and personalize your experience
- Communicate with you about updates, support, and promotions
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
How We Use Google Calendar Data
Data accessed via your Google account is used exclusively to:
- Check your calendar availability before an AI agent schedules or places a call, to avoid interrupting you during busy times
- Display your connected calendar status within your TurboCall dashboard
We do not use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with any third party except as required to deliver the service (e.g., our hosting infrastructure), and only under appropriate data processing agreements.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:
- Service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
- CRM integrations you authorize through your account settings
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Data obtained via Google APIs — including Google Calendar data and OAuth tokens — is not shared with any third party beyond what is strictly necessary to operate TurboCall's services, and is never used for purposes beyond the functionality described in this policy. This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, and strict access controls. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
Google OAuth tokens (access tokens and refresh tokens) are stored encrypted in our database. Only the minimum necessary personnel and automated systems with a legitimate operational need can access them.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your account settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Google Calendar Data & OAuth Tokens
Google OAuth tokens and any cached calendar data are retained only while your Google account connection is active. When you disconnect your Google account — either from your TurboCall settings or by revoking access through your Google Account permissions page — we immediately delete your stored OAuth tokens and any associated calendar data from our systems within 7 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Revoking Google Access
You can revoke TurboCall's access to your Google account at any time in two ways:
- From TurboCall: Go to your account settings and click "Disconnect Google Calendar"
- From Google: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove TurboCall from authorized apps
Revoking access will immediately stop TurboCall from reading your calendar data. Any stored tokens and cached calendar data will be deleted within 7 days of revocation.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
