The TurboCall Salesforce integration authenticates via OAuth and respects your org's full security model — sharing rules, field-level security, and record type configurations. No custom Apex, no managed package required.
Inbound Calls
When an inbound caller reaches your TurboCall AI agent, TurboCall looks up the caller's phone number in Salesforce. If a matching Lead or Contact exists, the AI personalizes the conversation. When the call ends, the activity is logged to the existing record with transcript and outcome.

In TurboCall, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Salesforce. Authenticate via OAuth with your Salesforce credentials — works with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.

Configure which TurboCall data fields map to Salesforce Lead, Contact, and Opportunity fields. Set default values for owner assignment, lead source, and record type on auto-created records.
